Returns policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund excluding shipping costs.

We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.

When to expect your refund

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your parcel to the return carrier. In many cases, you will receive your refund more quickly.

This time includes:

• The time for your return to reach us: 5 to 10 business days.
• The time to process your return once we receive it: 3 to 5 business days.
• The time for your bank to process our refund request: 5 to 10 business days.

How to return an item

Please contact us with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions for returning items from your order.
